Project 680 – THE FINAL COUNT
I wanted to share with you the great news that in total we collected 3,144 pairs of socks for homeless youth in the FCUSD. Great work everyone!!!! Thank you to so many who gave to this cause by donating socks, emailing a friend or co-worker, collecting socks at the office, or finding some other way to get involved. Thank you also to so many residents in Rancho Cordova (on both sides of the freeway) as well as neighboring cities too!!

Thank you to all residents in the White Rock area who dreamed up this project and ran with it so quickly. This all started in a conversation on our e-Group when a few residents began talking about supporting a local charity for our neighborhood Christmas event. We launched this project just over 30 days ago. And here we are 3,144 pairs of socks later. Great neighborhoods are not a thing of the past!!!!
