4-Plex Update
The 4-plex on the corner of Portsmouth & Birmingham is currently for sale on the open market through MLS as of 08/31/07. It is listed as a “Complete Fixer Upper Fourplex and Ideal for Contractor or Handyman”. Does anyone (or a group of people) in the neighborhood want to buy this property? It would be great to have a responsible Cordova Towne resident not only own this property, but rehab and manage it and therefore help breathe hope and revitalization into the immediate area in which the 4-plex is located. Just a thought….
